Lived here for 2.5 years. Enjoyed every second. Purchased a house so I moved out. The price is on the higher side compared to others in the neighborhood but if you add up all you’re getting it’s well worth it. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor basketball court, workout room, pool table room, community grills/room and pickleball. The underground heated parking is wonderful during IA winters.
