If you enjoy water being shut off every other month for maintenance so the water comes out brown when turned back on, pieces of paper dropped off constantly at your door, emails more than your spam box can handle that say the same things as the papers left, plus the added bonus of raising your rent without making your place better. This is your home sweet home.
Point West was very well kept clean. The amenities are top notch. The apartments are nice and comfortable. The tenants seem quiet and respectful
