We used Paul for years based on a family recommendation. This year, it’s July and our taxes still have not been filed. He has been ignoring our follow up calls to his cell phone and office for months and only responds to emails intermittently, and seldom with any actual answers as to why. Only after having that family member call him and ask what’s going on on our behalf did he respond to us. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
We’ve been working with Paul and his team for a number of years for both our personal taxes and our taxes for real estate ventures in Florida and he’s been nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended.
