Update: vendors are coming in late afternoon with no warning for random things like furniture (not sure who gave them the codes to our rooms and permission to come in whenever), yet my shower that’s been broken and won’t fully turn off is still broken after multiple days. Roommate hasn’t had any working lights for ages, but don’t worry, at least we have a mediocre pool to make up for it… There’s no way the good reviews are actual tenants. 1. Not sure what’s worse the rise in prices or the fact that the apartment is so disorganized. Went from having “free” amenities, to having to pay $75 “community fee” for amenities that aren’t even available yet. Also make sure your financial stable if you are willing to pay $125 a month for crap parking. Ooo and the best part, maintenance or whoever they are will walk into your apartment/bedroom without notice or no email to check “furniture”. Place is a mess right now, nothing is working, managers are a mess, maintenance takes forever since it’s only 2 people, mail getting delayed or lost all the time. I’ve had my AC leaking since the start of summer and they made holes in my ceiling and told me they couldn’t figure it out. I asked again if they can figure something out because every time it rains it leaks on my bed and I’m getting wet throughout the night. They still haven’t done anything and summer is almost over. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY DO NOT LIVE HERE. dont trust the positive reviews on here, new management has been posting fake reviews to trick new renters. everything is constantly under construction, elevators are always down, internet and electricity always go out at least once a month, water constantly leaks into the apartments when it rains, even after months of construction to “fix” the issue. over the 3 years ive lived here my rent went up $500 and now they are doubling the price of parking. the original managers were great, but... read more
