Contacted Pointe Companies in regards to suspected mold in the attic space of a residence. Pointe Companies was very responsive, very professional, and completed the remediation in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company

This company has No Clue what they are doing and Zero customer service! I called in and was told they “the estimator himself” was on his way right now. An hour later I got a call from the office girl asking if I was there and they could head my way in 15 or so minutes. Not happy, but I said yes, please do. I then got a call from the same office girl who now stated they wouldn’t be coming. I asked to talk to the office manager who had no idea what was going on, but confirmed they weren’t coming.
