Jack was super friendly and helpful. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and willing to teach us how to better protect our home from pests that have more than 2 and 4 legs. I’d be happy if it was Jack who came back the next time when follow up is needed.

Very prompt, friendly and got right to work. Ask if I had any questions but I didn’t because he explains everything. He asked do you want me to check with you when I’m done and I said no, just go to your next appointment.
Jon, our technician at Point Pest Control came promptly during the scheduled time frame and called a half hour prior to confirm the time he was coming. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of our townhouse and then a treatment. He instructed us on what we needed to do and said he’d follow up with us in week.
