Would not recommend this company. They make false claims as to why they are canceling your homeowners policy to suit their reasoning. Their true reasoning .. I made one small claim from a major hurricane , now they want to cancel me. Didn’t even stand by what my policy said was covered and didn’t give me a fair amount for my claim and caused me to put my own money into repairing my home and now once everything is fixed they are canceling my policy.

They used to be a good firm, but over the last few years I was switched to a new agent who proved to be completely incompetent. By the end of my time with them, she essentially refused to reply to my emails or answer the phone. I was a very good customer for years and very low maintenance. I moved on to someone far more professional and responsive.

This experience has been one of the most challenging in my entire career. From the beginning of my policy, it became evident that the company was not effectively managing their responsibilities. Very bad experience. Very unprofesional and they cost a company a lot of money.
