Called a week agon to submit a claim, I left a message but never got a call back. Called again and phone just hung up on me. Another use to NVe good Insurance Agent.
this use be a great company but who ever bought this company have went down hill employee don't answer call can't get any kind of service i will not renew my policy all my trucker friends are leaving as well can't even get a simple COI BAD BUSINESS need improvement!!
Would not recommend this company. They make false claims as to why they are canceling your homeowners policy to suit their reasoning. Their true reasoning .. I made one small claim from a major hurricane , now they want to cancel me. Didn’t even stand by what my policy said was covered and didn’t give me a fair amount for my claim and caused me to put my own money into repairing my home and now once everything is fixed they are canceling my policy.
They used to be a good firm, but over the last few years I was switched to a new agent who proved to be completely incompetent. By the end of my time with them, she essentially refused to reply to my emails or answer the phone. I was a very good customer for years and very low maintenance. I moved on to someone far more professional and responsive.
