They used to be a good firm, but over the last few years I was switched to a new agent who proved to be completely incompetent. By the end of my time with them, she essentially refused to reply to my emails or answer the phone. I was a very good customer for years and very low maintenance. I moved on to someone far more professional and responsive.
This experience has been one of the most challenging in my entire career. From the beginning of my policy, it became evident that the company was not effectively managing their responsibilities. A lack of communication between them, the insurance provider, and the financing company resulted in a financial loss of $30,000 within a six-month period. Rita Hanshumaker helped me out and took care of me. She's very professional and very understanding to your needs. I would definitely recommend her for anyone that's looking for a Policy. Even with time crunch and some hiccups on my end, she was able to resolve my issues and I am a happy client!
