This is the most unethical, unprofessional, uncaring, unorganized, unqualified doctors office I've ever been to. I don't know how he's in practice or how the office stays open.. Every time they have a new employee that seems like they know what they're doing and gets things done for us patients, they fire them or push them out because they don't last long there.
Dr. Gary B******'s office was a horrible experience the first few time I had to go. He overbooks his patients and he has 2.5 to 3 hours wait times. He rushes you in and out of his office. I can handle the cussing that goes on but it seems to bother a lot of the older patients. He only hires very pretty thin women to work for him except for two men that work there. Point Medical was the assigned physician by our medical insurance. The initial exam had a $10 co-pay. Following this we started receiving $199 bills for the amount that the insurance did not cover. Since this was our assigned physician and they had entered into a contract with our insurance company they should have accepted the amount the insurance company paid. I sent a letter regarding this and had no response from the facility. Needless to say we switched both doctors and insurance companies and never went back. Watch out... read more
