I have lived hear for 4 years now and I have no complaints. I absolutely love this place! From the office staff to the maintenance, even to my neighbors, I absolutely love this place. I have had a few issues where maintenance had to be called and it was answered in a timely manner and the job was done sufficiently. UPDATE on 10/10/2024 - I recently transfered from a 1 BR to a 2 BR and I absolutely LOVE it! I am literally in heaven!! I moved into Pointe Inverness a little over a month ago and it has been such a blessing. I love my new home! The leasing team are prompt, friendly, and accommodating, the apartments are very nice and cozy with new carpets and countertops, and I requested maintenance on my screen door and it was completed within two hours of when I placed the initial request. Compared to the last place I lived in Fort Wayne, Pointe Inverness is an absolute dream.
