Great Experience of Stay... The place was cool and has a nice ambiance. It's really amazing feeling.. The location is near of the restaurant and shopping area.. It was a wonderful experience staying at this hoetl.
Fantastic! This resort is really great! The rooms and suites are beautiful and very clean.The service of the hotel is excellent and the restaurants are wonderful too with delicious food and wonderful staff as well.The grounds and pools are beautiful too! It is like getting out of town on a vacation without having to go very far.
Just so so... I didnt think that this hotel was nearly as nice as it should be for the price. The suite was nice, but it was a far walk to get anywhere else at the hotel- especially the water park. We also found that the staff was not friendly at all. The concierge could not recommend anything nice to do in Phoenix at all. The restaurants all close fairly early, and the place seemed dead. There were barely any other guests around at all. On the plus side, the pool bar has some great cocktails.
Resort This is a nice place to stay when you are visiting here or just to go relax for the weekend. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is great and they will do everything to make their guest's stay a pleasant one. The hotel and resort rooms are nice but nothing fancy or estravagant about it. The last time I was at this hotel one of the guest cut their foot on glass in the swimming pool and the pool then had to drained and cleaned out. Other that than it was a pleasant stay.
Not a LUXURY hotel, but nice This is a nice hotel, but not for the price. They do have a great little water park and the staff is generally friendly but the hotel desperately needs updating. There were bugs in the bathrooms and the elevators and rooms look like something out of the 70's. The resort is very hard to navigate, too - a lot of one way streets and confusing roads and buildings. This is a nice hotel though if you can get a discounted rate... otherwise, go elsewhere.
