My honest experience here was jaw dropping. The complex is in a quiet place in Pendergrass with beautiful accomodations and PLENTY of units available for having been open for almost two years. That is honestly the smoke, because after submitting an application for $125 per person (high application fee), I was denied in 17 minutes!!!! Beautiful apartments. It’s been an excellent experience so far! I was in an apartment within 5 days! The process was so easy and Danthony was amazing and helpful with everything! Jay with maintenance is skilled and was very quick to fix any issues for me after move-in!
My sons moved into the apartment in 2024, and it was what we needed. This weekend, we renewed our lease, the new management is night and day Amazing! They are on their game. Worth looking into this community to live in. You won't be sorry!
Pointe Grand Pendergrass has been an amazing experience from the jump, Alexa the Assistant manager has been extremely helpful through everything! Big shout out to maintenance for always doing a great job 👏🏽 and I can’t forget the new property manager Jenilee ! Thank you all for everything you’ve been amazing to work with and welcome to the newest leasing consultant i highly recommend moving here!
