I really love this place. They are a neighborhood gym which is so much better than any chain or the gigantic mausoleums of fitness that have no personality. It's a little bit lived in which means some of the equipment is a little old and the carpet is clearly well trod...but honestly I really prefer that. It feels lived in because people actually work out here. The people are basically friendly (as much as you can get in a gym...people are working out) and the atmosphere is just chill.
Big fan of this gym. It has everything I need for my workout. Good balance of machines, power lifting equipment, and cardio equipment. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Been coming here for over a year now.
