Love living here,beautiful homes,well maintained,quite,close to all amenities.
Not pleased with my new purchase in the pointe townhome in Raymore MO. The very cheapest of items were used. At least 5 of us along the street have had many issues. Some major, some small but way too many that they don't care about providing you with a good quality product. No sound barrier or proofing. You can hear your neighbors on both sides of you even in the basement. Your only contact or go through person is the Realtor the builder has working for him.
