I do not like going to the dentist, but apparently being an adult means I have to do things like “take care of my teeth,” so finding out I needed a crown had my anxiety working overtime. Christine and Dr. Van Drunen were absolutely incredible. They gave me pep talks, checked on me throughout the entire appointment, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My experience with this office was absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Fanilli is the best dentist I ever had. Her expertise is high level. Her professionalism high level. Five stars really isn't enough for her and her team. This group of professionals deserves a 10 out of 10. Best experience ever! Thank you so much doctor Finelli for giving me a smile that boost my confidence. You are the best!
On the day of this review, Dr Van Drunen misdiagnosed decalcification for hypocalcification. The week before that, Dr Dave refused to accept an apology so that he would be narcissistically "in the right" while messing up on fixing my tooth to pay me back. While I still don't recommend pointe dental group if you value your teeth, its become much worse than that. I believe I told you as I was walking out kathleen... this business is done because of what you did, and then tried to continue to do, to me. burn.

We’ve been patients at pointe dental GPW since 2018. Dental, orthodontics, a few crowns, etc. I truly adore the staff. Watched as some of the younger ones have gotten married and had babies. Chatted (too loudly and for too long) with the staff. They’ve extended payment plans for uncovered portions of braces and dental work. They are welcoming and thoughtful.
