I received a huge bill from the lab due to their incompetence with coding my lab work. When trying to get them to correct the error they pass it off as someone else's mistake. The office said that they fixed the coding, but it's still not correct. You can't get the physician to call you to go over bloodwork results. Also, you can never get through to the office and when you do manage to get someone on the phone the staff is very rude.
I see multiple providers at this office and they have all helped me so much. The receptionist and medical assistants are always pleasant with me.
Providers are great, friendly staff and a clean office.
I've been seeing Dr Cadiz since he first came here - amazing Dr with an amazing Mind. I'm a 'complicated case' as he says, and I am, but have never had a better more knowledgeable Dr 'put the whole story together, and come up with the right diagnosis's & treatments. I took my kids (with some of my complications) & my two parents - we Love him as a friend, and depend on him as a Doctor. Girls in office are always great & go the extra mile to accommodate accordingly, Thankyou to all of them.
