Jill and the team at Pointe at East Shore have been a tremendous help to me while I was selecting my new home. Their immediate response to my many questions was extraordinary. 8/4/25 - I put in an urgent maintenance request for my A/C at 2:00 pm. Joe showed up around 3:45 and had it fixed before 4:00. I'm extremely impressed. Joe and the maintenance team are great!
David is a true 5 star he is always available to answer any questions and always willing to help I appreciate him with all my heart I wish him much success.

0-10 wouldn’t recommend. Only been here for about 3 months and already regretting it. From the flying roaches outside at night to the silver fish problem in the apartment and the biggest issue of them all is the noise from my up stairs neighbors. Myself and my fiancé have called several times and spoke to management about the noise from the neighbors, including stumping/hard walking, running, the dog they leave on the balcony for hours that cries the entire time its on the balcony.
