Jacob Kelly was awesome! He did a great job, was very helpful and we were very happy with the service.
I had a young man by the name of Jacob very professional and very nice he seen my pointe alarm sign was bent and dirty and exchanged signs and gave me a new one! Not many companies that care like that. Very caring! Need more young men like him.
Jacob was friendly and installed our new alarm system and showed us how to properly use it. Highly recommend

Cancelling was a nightmare. I had a request to cancel my account with their office, months later I had a collections agency harass me for a quarterly bill that was past due after my request to cancel. I explained the situation to the debt collector, she then called the owner and relayed info to me that she has a paper fill out policy to cancel. This was never explained, and it’s 2025 get with the times and get a simple digital/tele cancelling process.
