Ordered outdoor furniture from ********… they…contracted ***** last mile for White glove Delivery …aka Point 2 point partner. My appt was apparently cancelled to my home but no one communicated that to me. My husband took a day off from work to stay home to sign for and receive delivery. Horrible customer service. Mind you that my furniture is there at the wear house but will not deliver. Two months in and I’m still waiting on my furniture to be delivered. I spoke with Gabby the “manager” scheduled two deliveries with no shows. This has been a nightmare! Would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could leave zero starts I would.
