Great service and nice people. They didn't take extra money from me and made me feel like everything they did was necessary with the friendly reminder of what to get done next. They were super fast and actually helped us out by doing some work really quickly for us. Highly recommended ! And they're not going to rip you off! They feel like a family business!

Upgraded my speakers on my Kia Rio 2019 S (HB), amazing quality! Will knew exactly what I needed and provided excellent customer service alongside being extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Will be going back in the future for sure to get a sub installed. Great Work!
I took the car for an alignment, Will did a decent job to match the specs I gave them. The job took longer than expected. Not a laser alignment. The steering wheel was not centred after the alignment but they fixed it quickly. Lack a bit of social skills, that’s the shop to go if you want to talk straight to business.
One of the best automotive shop in Waterloo, they tune the car, mod car, fix car,service car and they can order anything you want, Noreen and Will are so nice, they know their business!
