Best trailer park or rented home community I've ever lived in, and if ever any repairs or help needed the manager and repairman Damon is always there right away. Super clean and very friendly neighbors!

the owners play a huge roll in what is wrong with the world now days.... money is all they want and all they care about. They do not care about you and yours and the first chance they get after you sign up they will take to absolutely bend you over in any direction they choose. we fell a bit behind but have managed to catch up somehow everything but this month's rent and some of court cost and yet that is somehow not good enough we still have to have in this month's lot rent and is barely late ... the late fees ... the remai... read more
