The customer service in the store was excellent, but I was amazed and surprised by the customer service on the Facebook page. I had bought a bottle of E-Juice and didn't think about the fact that it was Honey Dew flavored, I am allergic to this. I tested a small amount on my arm and had a reaction. The employees are great the store is great I've never had a problem or complaint. Ive been buying items from this place sense it opened and all their products work great and liquids tast and smoke great too. This is a store I wil be returning to for all my vaping needs
My friend and I came in today with questions about her vape. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. Jake made us feel very welcome and he was able to answer most if not all of our questions. I would highly recommend this shop, the customer service was much better than the other shops in the area. Very friendly, informative and great prices, what more could you ask for?
I've been a heavy smoker for over 10 years , have tried the pens in the past and have failed , came in on new years day and got the lite 40 , had to adjust the nicotine strength and now I've been smoke free for 3 days , I know I have a long way to go but its a great start and I'm feeling great ! Thanks so much will definelty be back for juice !

Good selection of juice kept me going there even after having a few poor experiences with products and being given (what I later found out to be) incorrect, potentially dangerous information by an employee. However, after being openly mocked by the group of (what I assume were) college students hanging out there for my setup and the type of juice I inquired about the last time I stopped in, I won't be going back. A nice shop, but just one too many bad experiences in a row for it to be a fluke.
