Avoid if you can. I've worked with them twice (wasn't my choice).Sent me the wrong wiring instructions and didn't care. Luckily I didn't wire the money as they instructed. Sent confidential information to an incorrect email. Overall very disorganized and poor communication. I don't know how these folks are still in business.
Sold a home and bought a home all in the same day. Point Title did absolutely amazing! Made it as easy as possible for us. They even helped us out with the screw up the bank did! Thank you point title!!
