You don't find customer service like this nowadays! When nowhere else could help me with my guitar repair, Matthew was incredibly accommodating and kind. He had my guitar fixed in a matter of 10 minutes, and it sounded better than when I bought it! I could not recommend Point Source enough, and am so thankful to have them as a resource for repairs/service of my guitars in the future. Thanks again!!

As a brand new church, having quality audio equipment readily available is very important. Point Source had everything we needed and the know-how to solve our challenges. Donny showed us incredible customer service and truly cared about us as a church. He always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Will only shop here for audio equipment as a result. Bonus that they carry the phenyx pro line of products
Good little shop , they have anything i need generally for guitar and audio and they have a decent amount of recording gear . They also get good consignment items and will work with you to get a deal done with the consignee . Im glad we have them .
Great store, Matt Howard is great, always helps me out with whatever I'm looking for... I haven't done much audio/pa stuff...I have bought lots of instruments and instrument accessories from them Though.
