Myself and my family have taken many many cars and brought a lot of business here. Unfortunately, about two years ago, they damaged the engine cover on my Infiniti sedan. I have been getting the runaround over a $150 part for two years now. After bringing them thousands of dollars of business for years, we will no longer be using this shop. Probably losing Business of 20-25 vehicles. Lots of new tires and wheels on a yearly basis. Will definitely be finding another shop for all future business.
I have now brought my Jetta in three (maybe even 4) separate times to fix a check engine light, and despite paying for significant repairs each time, the light returned like clockwork the moment I hit the 100-mile mark. The last appointment when I took it in, I was told the issue was the gas cap. Even after a $50 discount, I still paid $100 for a generic crappy replacement that is much lower quality than my original part and even lacks a basic tether.
