I dealt with Chris in the front office on a situation from another shop, but I felt that they had done me wrong. And after dealing with Chris, I really feel the guys is a straight shooter. I feel he's honest and the experience was overall great. You want to trust your mechanic. You want to have that relationship with your mechanic? And I feel like i got that with him. Myself and my family have taken many many cars and brought a lot of business here. Unfortunately, about two years ago, they damaged the engine cover on my Infiniti sedan. I have been getting the runaround over a $150 part for two years now. After bringing them thousands of dollars of business for years, we will no longer be using this shop. Probably losing Business of 20-25 vehicles. Lots of new tires and wheels on a yearly basis. Will definitely be finding another shop for all future business.

I have now brought my Jetta in three (maybe even 4) separate times to fix a check engine light, and despite paying for significant repairs each time, the light returned like clockwork the moment I hit the 100-mile mark. The last appointment when I took it in, I was told the issue was the gas cap. Even after a $50 discount, I still paid $100 for a generic crappy replacement that is much lower quality than my original part and even lacks a basic tether. After returning to this place two times to get the same flat tire fixed that they put in my car, they never got it fixed. I eventually used Fix-A-Flat and that did the trick. It's like they didn't accurately diagnose the leak and actually fix it it. It was their own tires that I paid for that should have fixed it but did not. Previous review; I visited Point S tire shop five times, spending about $900, but my car's and misalignment issues weren't resolved.
