What an amazing experience! We were travelers just passing through Burns and had a flat tire on our rental car. The staff took care of us immediately, fixed the tire quickly, and didn’t charge us anything. Their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. Small-town hospitality at its best. I cannot say enough about the service and professionalism at Point S Tire in Burns, OR. I barely rolled in as my left rear brake caliper slipped and literally tore my wheel and tire apart. The wheel had to be removed and the caliper fixed outside before the vehicle could be moved. The weather at this time was a heavy drizzle with high winds. Felt close to freezing. Very friendly service
Was referred to them from the guy at the Shell gas station down the street and he was right. They got me in immediately found what caused a leak in my tire and did not charge me which was a huge relief as I was driving in poor winter weather conditions. Really happy with my experience and wanted to leave a great review Thank you!
