We ordered new all weather tires for an SUV and a 3/4 ton truck this winter and had fantastic service. Shylo was able to recommend many different options in our price point with no pressure to go with a certain tire for either application. Tires arrived and they were able to install very quickly. Very happy with the service and the tires! Last week I needed a tire repair for another vehicle and everyone involved throughout the booking and repair process were great to deal with.
I don’t love leaving bad reviews, but after working with shop owner for months to come to some sort of resolution- here we are. Tech and Tire had our truck for 1.5 months to diagnose and repair HPOP. After a $10,000 plus bill (just in labour) some factory parts supplied by me (which we discovered were not installed and the problem parts were re-installed) and 200kms driven later - it left us on the road AGAIN for the exact same problem. While travelling to Edmonton, our car broke down in whitecourt, tried every shop in town to get my car fixed with no luck anywhere. Called tech n tire, shilo wasn’t able to get me in right away ( on a Saturday ) but got my car fixed for us the following Monday. I definitely recommend this outfit. Extremely helpful, fair and accommodating. Would definitely use them again if needed!
