This store is a strange mix of disrespect and very bad customer service. In mid-November, I bought four Michelin tires from Point S and followed up many times to ask when they would arrive. After a few days, they told me to come pick them up on Friday. Because winter had already started and snow was coming, I paid $150 to another shop just to secure an installation appointment in advance. 27.01.2026 Service déplorable! Après le montage de pneus neufs, la pression est restée à 25psi! Ils ont remplacé le capteur de pression, mais sans le réinitialiser, ce qui fait que le message d'erreur reste affiché en permanence! Ils ne répondent pas aux messages! Je les déconseille fortement!
