I had an appointment at 4:30 pm to replace one tire. Staff who had to replace tire seemed upset. He was very rough with handling the tools and was throwing things around in garage. I asked the person on counter if by this time they would have usually closed. He told me, all his staff is paid to work till 5:00pm and my job was a 15 minute work. L'équipe de Lavoie a travaillé fort pour me remettre mon véhicule sécuritaire pour moins de 600$ DES ANGES. Ils ont travaillé de pair pour faire une super job. Toujours eu du bon service d'eux. Je suis trop heureuse.
