We brought our vehicle here to get an oil change a few months back. We were told that there was coolant in the oil. We were also given a quote of more than $5000 dollars to replace or fix the engine. When I asked what else the issue could be, he told me it was a cracked block and that the engine it had was a certain type of engine that have known issues with the block cracking for no reason. He then charged us $80 just to check the oil and find out it had 'coolant' in the engine. No work was done, not even an oil change...li... read more
Not happy with the experience AT ALL. We took our car in their care to fix everything needed they apparently fixed alot of things, came out about 900$. Including changing oils. They did a sloppy job, they didn't even have the professionalism to replace the radio, all the warning lights are on at once now... We called them and they said they can't really do anything about that. Really feels like they literally just changed the oil and charged us 900$. Honestly isn't surprising considering their name.
