They refused to replace a blown tire on my Subaru demanding to replace all four, even though I only needed one temporarily for ~200 miles to get to a Discount Tire and have the warranty-covered tires story sorted out. As a result, I had to limp an additional 60+ miles on the donut spare to Redding -- where I got the tire promptly replaced in a user-friendly tire shop.
We had a flat, they were super busy and still got us in right away to keep us moving. Integrity, humility, great customer service and their mechanics were speedy and accurate. 10/10, Ty for keeping us safe on our journey! They even checked our other tires to be sure we were all set and safe for the remaining travels.
If there were an option for less than 1 star I would select it. Poor communication, unprofessional customer service, left truck for the day for a scheduled 11 am appt.....checked back in at 3:30 to check status as they had called at 11 and said they were a little behind. Not a problem as I worked untill 4 but found that my truck had yet to be done (alignment/sensors/rotation) and they were hurrying to get it done. Randy and his crew are amazing! I was visiting family in a rental car and got a gnarly flat tire, they had me on the road in time for my flight in 40 minutes. Thank you!!!
I had an excellent experience with Point S tire shop in Mt Shasta, J took outstanding care of my car, the work was performed quickly, professionally & he's a nice guy.. thank you so much for getting my ride up to safety snuff & back on the road with the quickness. I recommend this establishment 100%
