Before heading out on our 4 hour drive home, we found a screw in our tire. Hoping for the best, but expecting the worst news, I went to Point S. They took my car in within 5 mins & Michael was on it! He's a great employee!! He took off the tire, handed me the screw, checked for any leaks, found none, replaced the tire, torqued to specs & said, " NO CHARGE!!!" I was there less than 30 mins. & my wife & two dogs made it home safely. THANK YOU, MICHAEL & EVERYONE @ POINT S.
Had a tire blowout traveling through the area. Very helpful in our time of need. Held the store open late and got us back on the road to our planned destination.
