Employees are terrible people looking for reasons to have a confrontation. I wouldn't go here even if it meant towing my car to SLC. They can't be trusted.
Couldn’t be happier about the service I got today at Point S. It’s a holiday in Utah and these guys were trying to call it a day, but we’re willing stay a little later to fix a flat. Then we found more holes. Thankfully these guys are standup and willing to help. If you need a good place to get some work done, and you want to be treated fair then you should go here. They could have gouged an out of towner, rather they were hospitable, provided great service and got us safely on our way.
NEVER take your tires that are different sizes and tell them to put them on. I told them the 265s in the FRONT and the 275s in the BACK (even wrote it on a note) and they do the complete opposite. They also charged me 35$ over price for the tire change just because they saw it was a benz and I was just a kid in high school so they took advantage of that. I had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced. They had to order the tire for me. When I came it to get it replaced they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Chaz and John were both very helpful.
