Frédéric, le conseiller au comptoir en charge de mon dossier, d’un calme et d’une patience exemplaire a su me rassurer tout au long du remplacement de pare-brise. J’ai fait une crevaison sur l’autoroute et je suis arrêtée car j’étais plutôt mal prise. Ils ont tout de suite pris en charge mon véhicule même sans rendez-vous un vendredi à 16h. Excellent service, merci les gars!! J’ai pu reprendre la route sans trop de retard!!
Waited 3.5 hours for a tire changeover. Staff member tried to blame it on my wheels being muddy (which they charged me an extra $40 for!), when it was actually because they didn’t have the proper equipment to lift my EV truck. They had to lift each individual tire with a jack and change the tires that way. Upon leaving, I noticed they under-inflated one tire (had to go fill it) and messed up my alignment. AVOID!
