0 stars, stay away from this place as they are incompetent and dishonest. I went here for a simple alignment after I lifted my 4runner and they messed it up and then gaslit me and told me it was my fault. They stripped two of my lower control arm bolts and then told me that I had done it myself, which is impossible. I torqued the bolts myself by hand and they were perfectly fine. I don't even have the tools necessary to strip a bolt like that. They tried to cover it up by saying I needed to buy some new bolts and they would ... read more
Really helpful and kind! I came in regarding a nail in my tire and they promptly helped me! It was nice interacting with them!
I used to love this place, but I've unfortunately had to update my review. The good: Point S came in clutch several times when I needed a catalytic converter plate installed or checked on my Prius. Sam and Zach were always both super communicative and helpful. They're able to text with updates so I don't have to answer my phone on the clock. I never felt mansplained to and was even told by a tech that if I felt confident enough to change my own spark plugs, I could save money and do it myself - he even said he would've advis... read more
