Honestly just a great experience overall. I was in a bind, luckily was only a few minutes drive from Point S so took the chance on them. I coasted in here with my tire leaking air (thanks to a massive screw that randomly found its way into it)(you could literally hear the air escaping). They were nice and professional, told me someone had gotten there just before me so it might be a while - less than 15 minutes later my car was being taken care of expertly by Joe. Easily the best vehicle maintenance experience I've had to date. The staff were kind, communicative, and expedient with check-in/check-out. I got a full set of tires swapped out and alignment checked with an 8am drop-off time, and got the call that it was ready for pickup just after 10am.
Honest, friendly, hard-working staff ! I wouldn't take my car to be serviced anyplace else😊
