great food, amazing location, limited hours – The Point is the cafeteria for Huntsman Cancer Center. They are only open for lunch M-F so if you have a job it's a little hard to get up there. It can get crowded around 12-1pm. We love the quesadillas but the carver station is always good. The portions can get huge but the price is always right. We love the point and always go when we have the afternoon off.

Great food and a view that can't be beat! – The point is an upscale cafeteria-type restaurant on the 6th floor of the Huntsman Cancer Institute. You can get pretty much anything you want here; Chinese plates, Mexican/Southwest plates, roast beef or ham on the carving block, burgers, sub-style sandwiches, huge salads, soups, and fabulous desserts. The view and good values make this a place to go for a pleasant change of pace for breakfast or lunch. – The Scene Tucked up on a sixth-floor corner point of the Huntsman Cancer Institute, The Point is a spacious, high-ceilinged triangle that seems to be mainly windows, allowing fine views of the adjacent Wasatch Mountains and the Salt Lake valley.
