I checked into the Ocean Medical Center Emergency room last October as a Veteran's Administration patient. Point Pleasant Radiology billed me in October and I called and explained I was a VA patient and that they should get the money from the VA. They won't bill the VA they insist that I pay the bill. I checked with the VA, Point Pleasant Radiology has never sent them a bill. I just (April) received a bill threatening to turn the account over to a collection agency. Avoid them.
