We called to have an ice maker fixed. They said they would be out between 2-5:00 pm. At 5:00 pm we called and was assured they would give us a 1/2 hour window to come out. No one ever called or showed. We called at 6:20 to be told that they had to reschedule but would offer us a discount. We declined because of very poor customer service and we were not speaking to someone from the business but rather an answering service. Very unhelpful and a waste of our afternoon.
I called this company about my GE dishwasher, and they were able to send someone out within two days, which I really appreciated. The technician, Nathaniel, was friendly, professional, and took his time checking everything to make sure he diagnosed the problem correctly. Turns out the dishwasher’s circuit boards were shot, and the repair would have been almost $600. Our dryer made a burning smell. It was repaired thoroughly and feels safe now. I highly recommend them.
My stove wouldn’t ignite one burner, but now it lights perfectly. Problem solved.
