Lincoln is the most warm and kind business owner I could possibly remember running a Dry Cleaning. Trust me! I’m being dropping my clothes for more than 30 years. Never wash my clothes at home! A few years found this new place and man… This place is the best by far. Great management and best service. I witnessed him taking the load to their oldest customers directly to their cars! That is real customer service.

Took my mother to get her pants in for alteration and they left one leg shorter than the other. Took her back to the cleaners and although they fixed it, instead of making it look nice and remove the bad crease, they left it. Afterwards they wanted to charge my mother an additional $4 because she was going to use her credit card. Overall horrible customer service specially dealing with an elderly lady on a fixed income. She won’t be using them again
