I was told I voided warrantry from the tape residue on my glasses to keep them together after they broke. They claimed the warrantry doesnt allow temporary fixes, how am I supposed to drive to get them fixed? Another problem is, they never told me about this warranty policy when I bought these.
I had been putting off getting glasses for a long time because I never liked how they looked or fit on me. Anytime I went to other stores, I was either brushed off with a “feel free to look around” or given suggestions that didn’t suit me at all.
