As someone who moved here from New York, I'm pretty picky about pizza. This is the only place I've found that could absolutely hold its own back in NY. The dough is handmade, the ingredients are fresh and high quality, and they don't overcomplicate it. They just make simple, incredibly delicious pizza the way it should be. I went to pickup a fundraiser order. I went with their recommended Fuhgeddaboudit pizza that has pepperoni, basil and hit honey glaze with garlic. Also a simple cheese slice. Super delicious. Highly recommend it. Going back to try their other options. Owner is very friendly and humble. Plus, I had leftovers the next day. Now, normally I hate microwaving pizza because it gets dry and chewy. Surprisingly it was really good warmed up in the microwave. Highly recommend this food truck.
