Absolutely incredible to work with. They are well educated in procedures of county requirements and getting surveys approved. They go through the steps necessary to be sure the work is done correctly so it passes requirements set my the state, county and engineering design. They were even able to get more land uses by understanding the laws.
Gave me a quote off 1600 dollars. Paid 800 down per Jordans quote and requirement of 50 percent down. 6months after the job was done they sent me a bill for 2500 dollars. The response after I complained, was that they are a company of honesty and that there were things not included in the quote. Not the most honest way to do business.

I called around checking prices first because I want to put a trail on my property but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. I called 8 surveyors on a Friday after business hours. On Monday I was ready for return calls. Some of the other places didn't even return my phone call. This place gave me the best price and they went above and beyond. Jordan and Caleb were a couple of the nicest guys I've met in a long time. Caleb explained everything he was doing. Thanks guys!
