We’ve honestly had a very frustrating experience when it comes to customer service with these people. My partner and I drove over an hour up there to pick out a wedding band to match my engagement ring and when we arrived the staff seemed annoyed by our presence. We ordered my engagement and wedding rings online — which is a scary thing to do. Sight unseen, we spent a lot of money on the rings of my dreams. Throughout the entire process, PNP was communicative, eager to help, gracious in answering my endless questions, and overall a dream to work with. My rings arrived yesterday and I could not be happier — they’re better than I imagined. They’re prettier than photos. More perfect than I had hoped. I had a wonderful experience with Point No Point Studio from start to finish. I decided to have a proper wedding ring made for my partner and PNPS was recommended to me by a silversmith I had commissioned years prior. I have been eyeing these rings for my 10th anniversary for a while now & always hesitated because it was such a large purchase made online from so far away. I really thought I wanted a ring from a jeweler so I could set my eyes in person on it but once I saw these rings, I could not make any other decision than to buy through Point No Point Studio. The uniqueness of the rings they offer & the quality is amazing. 10/10 recommend. I truly feel like this ring embodies me & my personality 100%.
