During my recent visit to Point Mugu clinic, I explained to the front desk clerk that my doctor had instructed me to return next month for a follow-up appointment. Despite this, he repeatedly insisted that I must have meant “eight months.” I clarified multiple times, using both the phrase “next month” and the specific month “August.” Instead of listening, he rolled his eyes and chose to correct my grammar, saying, “You mean follow up your appointment in a month, not a month.” This response was unnecessary, dismissive, and cl... read more
The front desk receptionist with civilian clothing is very rude and racist. He is giving the hard time to patients those have accent. He is not willing to listen to patients those have accent or does not let other medical staffs to step in to help them out. He makes extremely difficult to get your medical appointment. All HMs and doctors at Point Mugu are nice and respectful to patients. Only this receptionist at the front desk is having problems.
