I've always had a seamless experience visiting Dr.McKie, whether it's for routine work or a specific issue.The staff are friendly and patient; I like that they explain everything they're doing as they go. Plus, the office feels more cozy than clinical!!
I previously gave this clinic a five-star rating. The dentists and hygienists at this location are exceptional. Unfortunately, some new staff do not align with the regular atmosphere I am accustomed to. I will not elaborate on this, but I am considering finding a new clinic, which is bittersweet.
I recently had a dental crown procedure with Dr.Jess Mckie, and Im thrilled with the service. The girls at the front desk were welcoming and informative, explaining my treatment portion clearly and even letting me know what to expect.The procedure was incredibly smooth and Dr.Mckie took extra care to ensure a perfect fit. This was one of the best dental experiences I have had
We have been going to Point McKay Dental for nearly 20 years - even after we moved we still travel to this clinic. They are an excellent team, very knowledgeable, kind, and family oriented. Our daughter loves going to the dentist because of this team!
