Really great experience as a new patient. The office is beautiful, there’s easy parking, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist. I initially came in for a cleaning and checkup and was able to get booked in just two days later for a filling, thanks to their flexible hours. Everything was efficient, professional, and comfortable.
Fantastic experience at Pointe McKay clinic! Having been to numerous clinics and had extensive dental work over the years, I was thoroughly impressed with my first visit here. The dentist and staff were professional, experienced, and genuinely caring. The exam was very thorough, and also have a solution to an issue I had. Highly recommend Pointe McKay.
I've always had a seamless experience visiting Dr.McKie, whether it's for routine work or a specific issue. The staff are friendly and patient; I like that they explain everything they're doing as they go. Plus, the office feels more cozy than clinical!!
I previously gave this clinic a five-star rating. The dentists and hygienists at this location are exceptional. Unfortunately, some new staff do not align with the regular atmosphere I am accustomed to. I will not elaborate on this, but I am considering finding a new clinic, which is bittersweet.
