Well I did a walk in had to wait about 5 minutes just to be told if no appointment sorry we busy like you should have a sign that says this day to this day only by appointments make it visible for customers to know ahead. By the way they also have a post that says Tip Generously 30% and UP LIKE WITH THIS SERBICE YES I REALLY DOUBT I WILL EVEN PLAN ON RETURNING
I typically don’t leave reviews, but after our recent experience, I felt it was necessary. Unfortunately, the concerns mentioned in other reviews about tip baiting and pressure tactics are very real. My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage. Tom and Sophia were great. The schedule was accommodating for us. The atmosphere was peaceful and we liked the stones and hot towels. We have been several times and follow the 30% tip suggestion as expected since it is stated. The only complaint is Sophia has to answer the phone which distracts from the massage she is great and this isn’t her fault. They need someone to answer the phone that would help the problem. We will be back. Adding from a recent visit Jack and Eric were great
