I spoke with a person named Steve today to ask if he would stamp my vehicles service book for a service he did on the vehicle and he refused to, saying it was too much of a hassle. I was even happy to email him the original invoice for the service. Something so small for them to do and so big for the owner of the vehicle when it comes time to sell it.Very disappointing!

Wow. Great customer service. My car battery died in Queenscliffe and help was on its way in 20 minutes. Jump started the vehicle then spent 10 minutes phoning around to see who had a replacement battery for me. Thank you so much!
