We saw Dr. Frankie Berryman at Point Lonsdale Medical Clinic while on holidays, as my son developed skin cellulitis. Dr. Berryman was incredibly kind, considerate, and thorough. She took the time to carefully assess Charlie and ensured he received the correct dose of antibiotics. Her calm and attentive approach really put us at ease during a stressful time. Great doctors and nurses . staff at the desk are always pleasant and easy to deal with .Have looked after us and our kids since they were babies- awesome people .
The front desk staff are rude and the hours on their website don’t seem to be correct as the phone isn’t answered. I received a message that Dr Annie Walsh would be working from home today and offered a Telehealth appointment on the day of my skin check. Has AI gone that far!!
