Brad and his team did a great job installing our new HVAC system. Very nice to have air conditioning after four weeks in the heat. Install and clean up was very good Thank you for your prompt service!
Wow! All I can say is wow!
The a/c went down. I called Point. Virgil came out and tried to fix our problem but made a human mistake and things got worse. Naturally I was NOT satisfied. This was on a Friday and he was rushed. The next Monday, I called them, not having heard back. They did respond at that point very quickly. Brad came out and repaired all the damage done for no charge.
