If there was a negative star, that’s what I would give this company does not stand behind their product or warranties brand new system $18,000 system Installed early fall has been broke three times since. Have called the emergency line normally never get a response. Called the emergency line today Spoke to the owner of the company and he refuses to come and Fix our heat and says he will work us in next week when the temperature is supposed to drop into the teens !! This company does not care about families. New system/duct work installed August 2025. This is the second time our heat has quit working during the coldest temps. It has ran on emergency heat and went through a tank of propane. Called the emergency number the first time this happened on a Friday and no one called back until Monday and we went without heat all weekend Today we called again and the guy who owns the company said HE COULD send someone out but he’s choosing not to. Derek was clean and even brought up the used filters and took them out. The furnace is working great. I will use this company again
