Dr Grace Ng and Boris the manager were simply superb. Dr Ng was very thorough and spent a long time carefully explaining my eye conditions and how to take good care of those conditions. Boris was most helpful in the selection of lightweight and fashionable glasses frames and lenses that I am most happy with. Great service like theirs is truly appreciated. Thank you both for going above and beyond for me.

Boris helped me get a contact lens that had folded and hidden itself in the recesses of my eylid. I came 10 minutes before closing and he retrieved the lens in minutes. He asked for nothing in return. 5/5 would lose contact again to have Boris find it.
Was recommended to see Dr. Grace Ng for an eye exam, which was such a positive experience. Not only was she thorough, she was a wealth of knowledge. Not to mention not only my glasses were ready the next day, when I came to pick them up, I brought in old frames, which were then fitted with new lenses within 20 minutes….thanks to Boris !🤓
