Was recommended to see Dr. Grace Ng for an eye exam, which was such a positive experience. Not only was she thorough, she was a wealth of knowledge. Not to mention not only my glasses were ready the next day, when I came to pick them up, I brought in old frames, which were then fitted with new lenses within 20 minutes….thanks to Boris !🤓
Went there to get my nose pads changed! The owner was extremely welcoming and attentive, and attended to my needs accordingly. He generously gave me a free set of nose pads! Overall great service, and the store itself is also very clean and maintained in a professional fashion. If you need glasses, I highly recommend this store!!
I cannot praise Point Grey Eyecare shop enough for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer. The owner, Boris, is incredibly personable, taking the time to chat with me and understand my eyewear needs. He also masterfully fixed the older frame I have the other two shops couldn't.
