point eight power seriously needs better leadership, they have made many foolish decisions, fancially wise. in just the 10 months I was there, they were put on credit hold with vendors multiple times. Also the company works there employees like slave, mandatory 10 to 12 hours, weekends. Save yourself the trouble just dont work here, the stressful environment is not worth it.
