Manny was an amazing host! He was very warm and welcoming; as well as insanely informal of the menu items. He was a huge help to my team in deciding what we wanted to order. His expertise was exquisite and he’s a great addition to their team. Now the food, hear me out THE BEST OYSTERS EVER‼️ I would come back to Denver just to have these oysters. The rest of the food was definitely amazing as well. The shareables, entrees, and dessert all were fantastic. I’m not even kidding lol
Everything was incredible. This was our third or fourth time in. The playlist was on point, the manager adjusted the lights to keep the vibe on point, and the staff had great knowledge/recommendations. They have no business slinging the dishes they have. The pasta was inventive and top notch, the squash polenta crouton things with the steak were insanity. The seasonal ice cream put vanilla and chocolate to shame.
