The process took longer than expected, but the end result was worth the wait.
I tell ya what, This Point Team was Awesome, they listened to what our goal was & because we had a Farm property with about 10,000 sq ft of buildings which included a 3600 sq foot house, I mentioned that an automated appraisal was NOT going to work, as it didnt with a previous finance company we looked into... Anyway- My Guy was Ed Barbour & he was just across the water in Seattle, but I told him my concerns about automated appraisal (No Visit to our property by an appraiser) & he listened to my concerns & made a full blown... read more
Every step was very professional, communication was excellent and customer service top rated. The only issue was check mailed instead of deposited as I signed for. Team work is their priority in order to keep customers happy, updated and pleased.
